1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show signs of use or physical damage after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 3-day window.
  • Customized or clearance products (if any).

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the return is approved.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

 5. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item for return.
  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the error was on our end (e.g., wrong item sent or product damaged during shipping).
